An Official Northland 2011 Visitor Passport has been produced to promote and market Northland during and around Rugby World Cup 2011 and is being distributed August – November with strong distribution channels targeting domestic and international visitors.
The Passport embraces the themes of Take the Long Way Round, Twin Coast Discovery, Paint It Red and Real New Zealand Festival and promotes Northland as a whole, with detailed information on each region, along with a return trip to Northland prize.
Over 100 businesses advertising in the Visitor Passport have posters to display promoting the Passport and Northland Paint it Red.
